- Articles of incorporation for corporate title holders.
Foreign Nationals
- Two bank reference letters.
- Two credit reference letters.
- Credit report if borrower has a social security number in US.
- Verified funds sufficient to complete transaction and six months reserves.
- CPA letter from borrowers home country indicating current and past two years income.
- Borrowers resume of job history.
